Welcome to Rehoboth! We are delighted you are worshiping  with us today. If you are a visitor, please sign the guest register in the narthex. The outside bell is rung at 10:25 AM when the assistant is approaching the altar to move people out of the narthex and into the sanctuary. Please join us for fellowship downstairs following the service. To preserve the sanctity of the  worship service, photography is not permitted at any time. Video cameras may be  used only from the balcony. Thank you for your cooperation. There are large  print ELW books available to the congregation. If you need a large print ELW  copy, please ask an usher.

Cemetery News

Cemetery News

Finally I have some real "cemetery news” to report.  Right now, we have a Boy Scout from our Church sponsored troop doing his Eagle project in the cemetery.  He is making a list of all the people buried in the cemetery.  With this list, he’ll also make a map of the burial sites.  Across from the main parking lot he intends to erect a "covered box" that contains a notebook with all the cemetery’s mapping and census information.  We have devised a new location system that will be used in his project.  This project should help folks doing "genealogy studies” in the cemetery. I would like to thank Janet, Ruth, and Barb for their help with the project.  Even when the Scout is done with his end of the project, we will need to do some further work.  I’m sure these three ladies will be involved.  Our goal is to have complete records of the saints who are buried in the cemetery.  We want accurate records of the exact location of each burial site, and names of (living) people that are holding deeds to (unused) burial sites.  If you have any concerns with this important project, please feel free to give us a call @
724-869-3837.
