Harvest Home Sunday is sponsored by Women of the ELCA each year in September. Non-perishable items such as canned goods, boxed items, and paper products are collected along with monetary donations which are taken to the soup kitchen at Christ Lutheran Church in Beaver Falls, PA. Harvest Home for 2007 will be Sunday, September 30th. Items accepted include fresh cookies, any food that can be stored, especially canned soups and vegetables, tomato products, and paper goods (including divided paper plates, napkins, paper towels, disposable bowls, etc.). Our Youth Group will help bag and transport the items to Beaver Falls following our worship service.
