Time and Talents

We all are a community of servants who follow Jesus’ example by living lives of service to others. How is God calling you to serve both inside and outside the congregation? How is God calling you to use your gifts to serve others? As one body with many members, God has given each of us different gifts and talents in order to complete the ministry we are called to do. Each of us is needed. Below is a brief description of the ministry opportunities available to you at Rehoboth that help fulfill the congregation’s mission to welcome, to nourish and to serve. Please prayerfully consider how you can contribute to our shared ministry here at Rehoboth Evangelical Lutheran Church.

We welcome you to fill out our Time and Talents form and return it to the church. You may give it to any Stewardship Committee member or simply put it in the Stewardship Committee mailbox.

NOURISH – This part of our ministry involves using our gifts to help nourish and grow people in faith and discipleship. Christian education, stewardship, and youth are included here.

____ Help with Rehoboth’s Rejoicing Rascals (musical)	____ Serve on Bright Beginnings Preschool Board

SERVE – This area of our ministry focuses on “hands-on” ministry. If you like reaching out and serving other people with the Gospel of Christ, this is your area of ministry.

PROPERTY – Many hands do make light work, and any help here assists in the stewardship of our building and property. If you are handy with a hammer, paintbrush or rake, your talent and time would be most appreciated in maintaining our building and grounds.
