The purpose of the Mutual Ministry Committee is to strengthen the mission of the congregation and the ministry of our staff. We are a sounding board for the staff and the congregation. We are here to talk and listen about the joys and satisfactions as well as the frustrations and disappointments. We are here to listen to new and creative ideas concerning the mission of the congregation and/or the ministry of the staff.

Our method to accomplish this task is through mutual conversation between all Christians. We are here to share and comunicate the joys and concerns of our congregation.

Our goal is to build up the body of Christ. We are here not to find fault, but to evaluate and celebrate our successes as well as alter and mend our frustrations.
