RE-ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
SUNDAY, JANUARY 28, 2007
COUNCIL MINUTES

MEMBERS PRESENT:  Gilbert Baker, Allan Berenbrok, Donna DuPont, Tom Kuny, Carol Nicoletti, Dee Phillips, Karen Szatkiewicz, Royce Wilhelm and Pastor Scott. 

EXCUSED:  Bill Slingluff – assisting hurricane victims in Mississippi.

Tom proposed that Council holds their meetings on Sunday’s following the 10:30 a.m. worship service.  After discussion, it was agreed that we will meet on the second Sunday of the month following worship at approx. 12:30 p.m. officially or earlier if everyone is present.  The first meeting will be held on Sunday Feb. 11, 2007.

Officers were elected:  President – Tom Kuny
                                 V. President – Allan Berenbrok
                                 Secretary – Donna DuPont

Pastor informed council that Julie Whalen was working on the list of all committees, organizations and council liasons.  Mutual Ministry will also be looking at the list.  Pastor Scott informed Council that all Council members will assume the responsibility of being a liaison or chairperson of one or more committees.
