• BB Board discussed fencing the playground area and decided that at this time it was not needed.

Building – Royce Wilhelm
• The Building Committee met last week to make sure everything is done.  There will be a small fee to complete changes.  Also, there will be a $2,500 engineering fee to configure the boiler.  Action:  Royce Wilhelm made a motion to approve additional fees not to exceed $4,000.  Seconded.  Motion carried.

• Bid Process:  architect contacts six general contractors.  General contractors obtain bids from specialties.  Three church members have express interest in participating in the bidding.  Royce will get those names to Ralph.
• Committee plans to assign one or two people from the congregation to monitor the construction and to make sure construction is proceeding correctly.

Building Stewardship – Carol Nicoletti
As of December 13th, we have received approximately total three-year commitment of $204,000.   It was decided by the committee to not conduct follow-up phone calls to those who did not submit a commitment card because most of those who did not submit cards have not been attending services.  The list is available for the Evangelism Committee.

Mission Committee – Donna DuPoint
The Mission Committee is working out their calendar for 2010.  Please let Donna know if you have any ideas.  A suggestion was the ELCA Synod Resource Center.
