Building – Royce Wilhelm
- Royce reported that the committee discussed the questions that were raised at the congregational meeting.  Regarding the addition of a restroom on the first level, this does not seem feasible.  In order to comply with the ADA code, the area would require eliminating value space needed for the secretary, difficulty in plumbing and also disrupt the traffic flow.
- A congregational meeting has been set for Sunday, September 21 following the morning worship.  This meeting will call for a vote of the preliminary proposed plans as they stand now.  The vote will be by a paper ballot.
- A Kitchen Committee is being formed with Roberta Amsler as liaison.

Unfinished Business
Selling of Church Property – Tom Kuny
- Tom reported that he will get in touch with Therese Scheerer and Scott Shoup.

New Business
Bell Choir
- Handouts were presented regarding the purchase of a 3-octave set of handchimes.  A family in the congregation has generously offered to match dollar for dollar any contributions made towards the purchase of the set.  Therefore, permission to raise $875 was requested.
- Bill made a motion to proceed with the plan.  Seconded.  Motion carried.

Adjourn – Bill made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  Seconded.  Motion carried.

Next Meeting – Tuesday, September 16, 2008.
