Building Expansion Update May-2010
 July 2010 Stewardship News - Building Expansion The Finance Committee received three proposals -- Mission Investment Fund (financial ministry of the ELCA), ESB Bank and First National Bank – for Rehoboth’s building expansion project. Although MIF’s proposal was not enough to complete the overall scope, ESB and FNB exceeded the amount we initially requested. We are in the process of evaluating the latter two proposals to determine which would best fit our interest. Therefore, we anticipate finalizing our decision by early July and entering into an agreement with one lender before proceeding with construction.
